The Role: The role of the Membership Executive at Hoar Cross Hall Hotel and Spa shall primarily manage the membership aspects within the Leisure and Spa department with a focus on membership sales and retention, the organisation and operational management of membership events and social activities.
This role requires strong organisational, leadership, and customer service skills to ensure the success of the membership program at Hoar Cross Hall Hotel and Spa.

Key responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive membership growth and manage renewals.
Create and execute retention programs to boost member satisfaction and loyalty.
Organise and coordinate membership events and social activities to enhance member experience and showcase the services available within the hotel and spa.
Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure all operate seamlessly together.
This includes ensuring the alignment of membership goals, contributing to the overall profitability of the business.
Ensure the service delivered to members is of the highest quality, with a focus on personalized and customer-orientated experiences to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain operational standards and efficiency of the membership program ensuring all activities contribute to the operational and financial success of the business, and overall guest experience.
Person Specification: Essentials Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative abilities with attention to detail.
Experience in conflict handling and resolution.
Management experience in a similar industry (leisure, hospitality, spa).
Self-driven with a positive attitude and capable of working independently.
Meticulous in managing tasks, with great attention to detail.
Dedicated to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Desirables Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Further Information: 40 hours per week 5 days a week Evening and weekend work may be necessary to support client events and activities.
