Membership Engagement Manager Our client, a respected organisation in the professional membership sector, is seeking a dynamic Membership Engagement Manager to enhance member engagement and deliver exceptional value to its global membership base of over 24,000 professionals.
This exciting opportunity combines strategic vision with hands-on project delivery to shape the future of member services and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Membership team and committee to deliver an impactful operational plan, using data-driven insights to refine membership offerings.
Analyse member data, survey results, and external trends to inform the development of the member value proposition.
Manage key projects, tracking progress and ensuring delivery on objectives.
Lead communications initiatives to articulate membership benefits and drive engagement, working closely with marketing teams.
Partner with internal teams to identify and execute opportunities for member recruitment and retention.
Oversee membership website content, marketing materials, and onboarding processes to optimise the member experience.
Act as the primary liaison for regional and international officers, supporting them in their efforts to engage members locally.
Organise and deliver events for senior members and Fellows, ensuring high levels of participation and satisfaction.
Skills and Experience: Essential Proven experience in membership organisations, particularly in roles focused on engagement and retention.
Strong project management skills with a history of delivering strategic initiatives.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Desirable A qualification in management or project management.
Experience developing membership value propositions or conducting market research.
Employment Details Location: London (hybrid working model with 40% office-based time over a four-week period).
Salary: £45-£50k per annum (depending on experience).
Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week).
Annual Leave: 27 days per year (pro rata for part-time roles).
