Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Membership Administrator to support the membership team of 4, with essential administrative tasks, within a 1 years maternity contract.
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients, graduates, and business school faculty while assisting in the smooth operation of membership activities.
You will be working as part of a highly collaborative team and use your initiative on a daily basis!
Membership Administrator Responsibilities: · Coordinate and arrange business school visits for the membership team.
· Set up and organise webinars for business schools and their students.
· Support user engagement on the membership platform by sharing news, articles, and insights within the network.
· Assist in compiling data for our client's annual research reports.
· Help the membership team plan workshops, including the arrangement of hotels, travel, and accommodation.
· Promote and facilitate workshop outreach and engagement.
· Handle membership queries, particularly related to the career development centre.
· Assist business schools with setting up groups in the membership platform.
· Book and arrange travel and accommodation for the membership team as needed.
· Assist with the setup of annual surveys · Ensure that main contacts at member and accredited business schools are kept up to date, in line with data protection legislation.
