Role Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Writing role.
Our charity's ethos of delivering medical-professional-led education and support ensures that we deliver reliable information and content.
As we are rapidly growing we are looking for a small number of Medical Writers to assist in producing content for our social media, website and educational programmes.
This is a volunteer role and so a perfect opportunity for Medical Students with experience, junior Doctors and anyone within the healthcare system looking to build their portfolio/resume for experience with medical writing.
The role will be supervised, all work will be quality checked and assessed for a trial period before publication.
You will have supervision from other medical professionals and closely supported and introduced into the role and the charity.
The purpose of this role is to produce evidence-based medically accurate content for public education.
This requires a degree of experience in medical writing, qualifications within the medical field, and an interest in public health.
As our charity has a strong connection with utilising artistic approaches to delivering health campaigns, a background in creative content or design would also be of interest.
