An excellent opportunity for an experienced medical secretary to join our team, providing administrative secretarial support to our Surgical Paediatric Team.
You should have significant secretarial experience and possess excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with working knowledge of MS365 applications.
Knowledge of other NHS administration systems including Trakcare, Opera and Clinical Portal would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
You are required to be a flexible individual, with the ability to work well within a team.
A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is also required.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay.
