Job summary We are seeking to recruit B3 Medical Secretary who has a passion for high quality customer care to work within the Neurology Department.
This is a full time role working days to be discussed at time of interview.The successful applicant will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the current admin team, consultants, associate specialists, and other allied health are looking for someone who can use their own initiative, work well with other people, be able to work on their own as well as being able to approach others for support.

Main duties of the job Communicate with patients, colleagues, internal and externalDeal with day to day correspondence,Receive telephone calls, accepting messages on behalf of members of the specialty team, taking appropriate action where necessaryPrioritise own work efficiently and effectively, highlighting any issues to the Band 4Type all forms of clinical correspondence as dictated by medical staff, by use of audio or copy typing.
