Job Description Medical Secretary Winchester £14 per hour (Temporary position) \n \n We are looking for an experienced Medical Secretary to cover some holiday dates in February.
You will have experience as a Medical Secretary and have a DBS in place.
The role will be working for an orthopaedic surgeon, and you will be required to multitask.
This is a temporary opportunity in Winchester which may lead to further cover options.
\n The Role \n \n Answering calls efficiently and arranging bookings/consultations \n Managing a busy diary, managing bookings, meetings and appointments \n General Secretarial tasks \n \n The Person \n \n Proven experience in a similar role as a secretary ideally with medical experience and a DBS is essential \n Confident to work alone \n Excellent communication skills \n Strong attention to detail \n Experienced with diary management \n Confident with using bespoke databases, ideal knowledge would be with using CAREBIT and Ultragenda \n \n This is a temporary role covering from the 10-14th February.
Training will be required for some hours the week before.
There is parking available.
The hours on each day will be 9am until 4pm.
A little flexibility could be offered on these for the right candidate.
