Job summary Medical Secretarial Assistant Band 2NeurologyLincoln hours/week We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work at Lincoln County Hospital within the MS team in the Neurology Department.
Main duties of the job The medical secretarial team provides a comprehensive service to the Consultants and their teams and is essential in the provision of a high quality patient experience.
The post-holder will support the administration and secretarial teams with their day-to-day duties.The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player and an experienced typist, and will be required to have GCSE English grade C or equivalent as well as typing and word processing skills to RSA level 2, including audio typing experience.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Text Word processing & audio skills to RSA II or equivalent.
Typing and word/text processing skills GCSE English Grade C or equivalent Audio Typing Experience Desirable 4 GCSE Grade C or above Business Admin NVQ II or equivalent Skills Knowledge Essential Ability to type from digital dictation/audio.
