Medical Receptionist/Administrator, Hartley Wintney Part-time, approx 15 hours per week £12.50 per hour rising after successful probation A fantastic opportunity for a patient-focused and responsible professional to join our small, friendly, and supportive team to work in both our Hartley Wintney & Farnham clinics as a Medical Receptionist/Administrator.
You'll provide a kind and warm welcome to patients while covering the clinic reception, accurately manage the clinic diary and expertly handle administrative duties.
The Female Health Clinic provides excellent, well trusted perimenopause and menopause care for women, treatment for PCOS and unbalanced hormones in young women and andropause care for males.
We also offer a private GP service and a popular medically based aesthetics offering.

As the first point of contact for patients in our Hartley Wintney & Farnham clinics, youll have a confident, welcoming and professional manner.
Duties include: Effectively and professionally supporting our patients, assisting with enquiries via email and telephone, ensuring accuracy of detail.
Redirect queries to the appropriate person using available information.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow.
Keep up to date with clinic process and policy changes.
Maintain patient records accurately and securely.
Cover the reception desk, take payments and schedule follow up appointments.
Be discreet and sensitive, allowing our patients to feel at ease while guiding them through our services.
Help implement new ways of working to improve the private patient experience and efficiency of service.
Act as a chaperone if necessary.
Daily light cleaning tasks.
The right candidate will: Have previous experience working in an administrative position, ideally within a similar industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Have a high standard of written English The ability to be flexible with working hours and location (see below for further details).
Basic GDPR awareness.
Be able to work independently as well as within a team.
Be very comfortable with technology and different types of software.
Be highly organised and able to manage their time effectively.

It is essential that you are able to reliably commute to both locations.
