Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our small but busy team based in Widnes.
We are a 2 partner GP practice with 5100 patient list size.
Main duties of the job The successful candidate will haveprevious experience working as a receptionist and customer care, EMIS Web andDocman 10 knowledge is desirable.
As well as booking appointments forpatients you will be processing patient prescriptions, scanning patientdocuments, answering patient queries via email and other general office duties.You must have good customer serviceskills, good computer skills, a polite telephone manner and understand theimportance of confidentiality.
You musthave the ability to work well as part of a small team and must be flexible tofulfil the shift requirements.
