Role SummaryOur aim is to be a global leader in the provision of high quality medical and rescue services.
The medical products partnership manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our supply chain, existing customers and developing new customer relationships.
This role is for medical product supply chain across the globe.
What you'll be doing Supply chain: Innovation: Drive the development of innovative concepts and solutions to introduce new medical products to the market, fostering continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with industry advancements and regulatory standards.
Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for the procurement of goods and services.
Monitor supplier performance and quality standards.
Identify opportunities to become sole distributor of products in the territories we operate.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.
Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, and cost-saving opportunities.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including supply disruptions, inventory shortages, and transportation delays.
Regulatory compliance: Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Remain current with global regulatory requirements and guidelines for medical products, including MHRA, FDA, EMA, ISO, and other relevant agencies.
Ensure company products and processes meet the necessary standards.
Audit & Inspection Management: Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare for regulatory inspections and act as a key stakeholder during these visits.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of regulatory activities, approvals, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.
Ensure proper documentation for all regulatory submissions and compliance activities is up to date and easily accessible.
Business Development: Business Development: Support the head of medical products to develop key USPs and an overarching growth strategy.
Existing client relationships: Manage and maintain existing client relationships aiming to provide excellent customer service and drive growth.
New business: Identify and target new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision makers and influencers.
Collaborate: Collaborate with the other departments to identify and develop new products and sectors that align with market needs and trends.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
