Key Responsibilities: Perform all routine tasks within a histopathology laboratory.
Assist with the preparation and processing of tissue samples.
Conduct microtomy, producing 25+ blocks per hour (standard and levels).
Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Support senior staff with additional laboratory duties as required.
Required Skills: Proven experience in a histopathology laboratory.
Proficiency in microtomy and familiarity with cutting techniques.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Desirable: Relevant qualifications in laboratory sciences or a related field.
Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
