The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience within a fast-paced, highly pressurised warehouse environment.
Occasional international travel may be required in line with company growth.
What you'll be doing Processing of goods (and their unique identifiers) in and out using the inventory management system and the electronic record-keeping system Maintaining stock records (including expiry dates, lot/batch numbers) for compliance and completing all necessary administration and recording in accordance with Company guidelines.
Assisting customers with the record keeping of their medical products via the electronic record-keeping system.
Assisting with the picking, packing and dispatching of goods locally and internationally Assisting with the maintenance of the online product catalogue and electronic record-keeping system (including e-store) Assisting with the replenishment and servicing of rental items, ensuring electronic records are kept up to date.
Raising purchase order numbers with suppliers Ensuring warehousing goals are met.
Assisting with the monthly stock take of warehouse items, checking inventory numbers and goods for any damage Maintaining good working relationships with customers and suppliers Communicating effectively and working closely with colleagues in the team and in the office.
Reporting any concerns, problems, incidents, or accidents to the Global Head of Medical Products in accordance with Company policy.
Dealing with customer enquiries via email and telephone Adhere to all Company Health & Safety, Quality, and Security compliance standards.
Additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
