Main duties of the job Job Summary:Working under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, strictly in accordance with specific company guidelines and protocols, the Medical Administrator will assist the clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care across a diverse portfolio of community-based Planned Care Services, which include: Intermediate Gynaecology, Phlebotomy, ENT, Minor Surgery, Cardiology triage and Health Checks.We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active Medical Administrator to act as a focal point of communication between patients, GPwSI, HCAs, outside agencies and health care providers, along with other members of the intermediate planned care team.

Job description Job responsibilities Main Duties and Responsibilities:Medical Administrator Ensure total familiarity with all appointment systems including regular and incidental variations such as EMIS clinical system Book patient appointments and recalls ensuring sufficient information is recorded to enable retrieval of medical records Completion of data log entries on excel spreadsheets Typing of patient clinical and appointment letters Dealing with patient queries Preparing clinic administration paperwork for clinicians Creating hospital referrals using eRS An understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality Supporting day-to-day admin requirements of various clinics, gynae and phlebotomy which includes telephoning and writing to patients, booking patients into clinics, liaising with general practices GP and hospital staff regarding tests and reports.
Establish and maintain communication with clinicians and other staff members about routine and daily activities.Facilities Administrator Responsible for the smooth running of the Princes Risborough facility.
Managing day to day maintenance, maintaining accurate records of inspections, maintenance schedules, costs, repairs and meeting notes.
Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks, adhering to safety regulations.
Assisting in preparing documentation for health and safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
Maintaining a database of contractors and service providers, ensuring all certifications and agreements are up to date.
Assisting in scheduling and coordinating regular preventative and remedial maintenance work, including electrical, plumbing and fire prevention.
Contributing to the improvement of facilities management processes, identifying areas for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Responsible for ordering general office supplies and approving invoices.
