Key Responsibilities: - Oversee Media Quality: Ensure all media content aligns with Capstone Media's high standards.
- Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with international editors, content creators, and other production team members to ensure consistent output quality, adherence to client brand voices.
- Quality Assurance Protocols: Develop and implement quality control processes to review, assess, and maintain content standards.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects, timelines, and team assignments efficiently, ensuring quality control fits within production schedules.
- Feedback: Measure and analyse team performance and productivity to inform and implement team feedback.
- Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends and practices to continually refine quality control methods.

Requirements: - Media Production Background : Proven experience in media production or content management.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated skills in project management, including the ability to manage workflows, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of Brand Voice and Standards: Familiarity with brand voice guidelines and narrative standards, especially for media focused on investor and public relations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with international teams and providing constructive feedback.
- Analytical and Adaptive Thinking: Ability to analyse content quality metrics and adapt processes to meet the evolving needs.
- Knowledge of Industry Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in quality control and production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools like Notion, and file-sharing platforms like Frame.io and Google Workspace.
