What you'll be doing: Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, compressors, and conveyors.
Using reliability techniques, including laser alignment, vibration analysis, and oil sampling.
Managing the site CMMS to log all maintenance activities and supervising subcontractors.
Preparing plant for operations after maintenance periods through testing and commissioning.
What we want from you: Time-served apprentice with NVQ Level 3 / HNC in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in heavy industrial environments, ideally power stations or similar settings.
Flexibility to work day shifts with occasional night/weekend cover.
