Job summary The Estates Department is looking for a Mechanical Technician with a background preferably gained in a maintenance, building services or healthcare environment to join the Maintenance Team.
Main duties of the job The successful applicant will be required to carry out planned and reactive mechanical works inclusive of repair, maintenance and improvement to the building and hospital facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.The successful applicant may also be required to assist with other building related tasks as well as mechanical and electrical building services in plant rooms and ward areas.
