Mobile Mechanical Engineer (Plumber) Facilities Provider - Up to £37,000 plus great benefits package Are you an experienced mechanical facilities engineer working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment?
CBW have a new opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer for supporting varies contracts in the Fife area in providing PPM and reactive maintenance.
The successful candidate will have a background in Mechanical maintenance with relevant and current qualifications.
This is a Mobile role, therefore a UK Driving License is required as a company van will be provided.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday - 40 hours (flexible with start / finish times)  Duties & Responsibilities:  Complete fault finding & repair of a range of mechanical plant & equipment.
Responsibly for diagnosing and rectifying mechanical plant faults, ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained.
Submission of clear, concise & accurate reports of work carried out   To be considered:  You will hold current qualifications to work as an Mechanical engineer including; Completed a recognised Mechanical Apprenticeship (Preferred not Essential) City and Guilds Qualification in Heating or Plumbing A minimum of Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or 'A' and 'B'.
BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability and Conversant with Mechanical Plant/Plumbing related Building Services PPM's Driving Licence   Salary & Benefits: Salary up to £37k Company Van (Plus Fuel Card)  On-call allowance  Travel Time paid other than first and last half hour.
