Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading food manufacturing company in their search for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
For the successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, our client is offering: Up to £ 51,000 per annum 7:00 - 7:00, 4 on 4 off (days and nights) Permanent position Overtime available with a bonus applied per shift picked up Free parking on-site Training and development opportunities to upskill candidates The Role - Mechanical Maintenance Engineer: To diagnose faults and to test, repair, and maintain Mechanical / Electrical equipment Uses PMS to support prioritisation and problem-solving (RCFA) To complete Planned Preventative Maintenance as directed by Engineering Management.
Fault finding and responding to breakdowns promptly To complete breakdown and maintenance records for all work undertaken on site.
To take part in meetings, supervision, and training as requested.
