Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Hospital - Cambridge - £44,500 Per annum Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Cambridge.
My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a hospital in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following; Monitor mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc Monitor the BMS systems Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc) General building fabric Escort specialist sub contractors Hours of work Monday to Friday earlies and lates, 07.00 - 15.00, 14.00 - 22.00 Overtime available Requirements Mechanical qualifications - NVQ or City & Guilds You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Able to gain Enhanced DBS Highly desirable (Not essential) Any further qualifications (i.e.
Electrical or Air Conditioning etc) Experience working in a hospital Water treatment (L8) Current or Expired Enhanced DB TPBN1_UKTJ
