Key responsibilities: Inspection of precision components from in-house manufacture/assembly, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Create prove out & run CMM programs using PC-DMIS for new and legacy components.
Create/ amend CMM setup/operation instructions for new & amended programs.
First off inspection.
First article inspection (FAI) reporting for single level parts and multi-level assemblies.
