The company design and manufacture bespoke capital equipment that is supplied globally and are a dynamic and growing business.
The Role Reporting into the Production Manager and working within a mixed engineering team, the purpose of the role is to provide mechanical assembly, disassembly and testing on a range of bespoke technical machinery.
You will be building structural components from engineering drawings based at their HQ in Cheshire day to day and supporting some of the installs on the customer sites as and when required to add to the learning and development.
Qualifications - Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, NVQ level 3 - Competent to read engineering drawings - Experience with mechanical assembly/fitting - Open to sector within machinery build, Rail and Aerospace transfer quite well - An Army/Navy/Forces background could work well for this role - Strong attention to detail - Proven bench work experience and have your own tools - Pneumatics experience would be beneficial - Team player mentality - Strong ethic towards health and safety - Flexibility for assisting on the installs worldwide What you will get in return For a 37.5 working week with a finish at 12:15 on a Friday, you will receive a generous base salary depending on experience level alongside 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension contribution scheme, overtime and expenses, sick pay scheme, 3 x life assurance plus other benefits.
