Mechanical Estimator

A Mechanical Estimator is required at a well-established Lincolnshire based company specialising in commercial and industrial plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
Start Date : Immediate Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary : £56,000 per annum Working Conditions : Office-Based Key Responsibilities : Estimating for all types ofHVAC mechanical projects, including: MOD (Ministry of Defence) Schools & Universities NHS facilities Offices & commercial spaces Collaborating with internal teams to develop accurate cost estimates Managing project scopes, specifications, and requirements Providing detailed proposals for a wide range of projects, with values from £5,000 to £900,000 Ensuring that all estimates are in line with project budgets and timelines Working closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely completion of estimates.????
Requirements : Proven experience in HVAC mechanical estimating (essential) Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and HVAC technologies Experience working on a range of projects (MOD, educational, NHS, commercial, etc.)
