Requirements Due to an increase in Workload Amtek are looking for Design / Senior Engineer to join our team.
The role will involve: Producing Mechanical Design Solutions Working on all stages of projects from Concept to completion.
Taking ownership of Projects, monitoring progress through to completion.
Using a range of 3D CAD packages to produce models and drawings Using analysis software to undertake Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Technical responsibility for production of designs, calculations and drawings Checking of designs, calculations and drawings Selecting suitable materials for each application Design to cost and keeping within project timescales Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and customer standard.
The Candidate will be Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering Courses.
Preferable Master or Bachelor's degree but will accept HND or HNC .
With at least 3 years' experience.
