Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer Location: Crawley, UK (Minimum of 3 days per week on site) Security Clearance: SC clearance required/must be able to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance.

Responsibilities: Utilise your 2D/3D design experience to develop and modify complex mechanical designs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the design and development process.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience: Previous experience within a defence/maritime/aerospace environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven experience in 2D/3D design, preferably with CREO software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
