Mathematics Teacher Location: Worksop Salary: £140 – £190 per day Start Date: ASAP/February 2025 GSL Education are seeking to employ a talented and qualified Maths Teacher for client school placements in Worksop.
This is an exciting position which requires a hardworking, conscientious, and experienced individual with a strong track record of raising attainment.
As an ideal candidate, your job responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level Maths .
Assist in developing an engaging and innovative Maths curriculum.
Engage and inspire young pupils using a variety of learning tools and online resources.
Adhere to the school's ethos and behaviour management policy by promoting positive conduct throughout the school.
Encourage students to develop independent learning skills.
Participate in staff training days, meetings, and parents' evenings as required.
Essential Requirements: Hold PGCE in Mathematics with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Provide two professional references from the last two years that reflect your teaching experience.
Be a dedicated educator with an understanding of how special educational needs influence teaching and learning methods for young people.
Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one immediately.
DBS sponsorship is available on a conditional basis.
