Position: Maths Teacher Location: Mainstream Secondary School, Burnage Start Date: 6th January 2024 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join a vibrant mainstream secondary school in Burnage.
This full-time position will commence on the 6th of January 2024.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics education to students across various year groups, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
Salary: £31,650 to £49,084 Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Assess, record, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.
Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications: A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) with a specialization in Mathematics.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
Experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
