Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 Maths.
* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.
* Monitor, assess, and support student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
* Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum and experience teaching at the secondary level.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A commitment to professional growth and a proactive approach to teaching.
