Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
Use innovative teaching methods to inspire a love of mathematics and support all students in reaching their full potential.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
Contribute to the development of the Maths department by sharing ideas and resources.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and engagement, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
