Role Overview: As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students aged 11-16, across a range of abilities.
You will play a key role in helping students develop their mathematical understanding, fostering a love for the subject, and supporting them in achieving their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum Assessing and tracking student progress, providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement Supporting students in preparation for GCSE exams Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the school's wider community Requirements: Fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK A degree in Mathematics or a related subject Proven experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3/KS4) Strong classroom management skills A passion for teaching and the ability to motivate and inspire students Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one) Why Join Us?
