Maths Teacher Chatham February 2025 - July 2025 £120 - £150 per day (PAYE - No Umbrella Company) This outstanding Secondary School based in Chatham is looking for a progressive and supportive Maths Teacher to join their team.
This will be a long-term role starting in February and continuing through to the end of the academic year, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
We are seeking a strong and enthusiastic Maths teacher who can deliver inspiring lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Applications from ECTs are warmly welcomed, and induction support will be available.
As a Maths Teacher, you'll be expected to: Hold a PGCE and UK QTS.
Plan, prepare, and teach lessons that cater to all student ability ranges.
Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
Handle lesson planning and attend parents' evenings.
Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative, and ambitious.
Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students aged 11 - 18, meeting their educational needs and ability levels.
The Successful Maths Teacher must have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience in teaching Maths.
Knowledge of the National Curriculum.
