Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum and schools educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity problemsolving and collaboration.
Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Maths department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of Maths.
Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelors degree or higher in Maths or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Demonstrated experience teaching Maths at the secondary level.
