Maths / Physics Graduates Wanted For Trade Support Role At Quantitative Hedge Fund

Our client, a quantitative hedge fund, is looking to make a hire for it's Trade Support/Operations team.
The company are one of the most recognisable in the industry and are well known for hiring the best of the best, so you'd have the opportunity to learn and develop in this environment.
Internal progression is very much on the table at this firm, with people having moved from this team to Trading, Risk and Software Development in the past.
The role itself would sit in one of the their Operations team, in a very high volume and fast paced trading environment, having exposure to multiple asset classes.
Furthermore, this company places a big emphasis on technology and uses tools like SQL and VBA a lot in their day-to-day to automate and streamline various processes, so this would allow you the opportunity to develop skills in these regards.
The ideal candidate would have at least some basic skills in SQL and VBA.
This role is going to suit someone with a strong academic background, for example a degree in Economics, Maths, Physics, Finance etc from a top University.
Experience within the finance industry is preferable, whether that be from another hedge fund, asset manager, investment bank or brokerage, however the company will also consider graduates with little to no experience.
The base salary will be in the £45,000 - £55,000 range and with market leading bonus and benefits.
