We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to join our team as a Tutor with the potential to take on a managerial role in the future.
This position is for 2 days a week and offers the opportunity for career progression into the management of the centre.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions to primary and secondary students in Maths and English (Maths is the priority).
Help students prepare for exams with a strong understanding of exam boards and curriculum requirements.
Use initiative and creativity to make lessons dynamic and cater to individual student needs.
Work closely with the management team, eventually moving towards a leadership position where you will help manage the day-to-day running of the centre.
Qualifications & Skills: You must be a fully qualified teacher (QTS) with a current DBS on the update system.
Ideally, you will have qualifications in Maths and English, with experience teaching both primary and secondary students.
Experience with exam boards and an understanding of the exam process is preferred.

A proactive attitude, a passion for teaching, and the desire to take on more responsibility as you grow into the role.
