Mathematics Teacher- January Start

U-Educate is currently working closely with a secondary school in Southampton, which is recruiting a brilliant Maths teacher to join its staffing team in January 2025 The desired applicant will be enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about teaching.
They will be familiar with preparing and delivering engaging lessons and helping to improve attainment.
They will also be confident in working with various abilities and adapting their teaching style accordingly.
You will be responsible for delivering Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4, marking will be expected as part of the commitment to this role.
 What are we looking for?
Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching Capable of planning for students from a variety of backgrounds and abilities, and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
Knowledge and understanding of a range of teaching, learning, and behaviour management strategies and know how to use and adapt them to motivate students.
Excellent subject knowledge Commitment to sharing best practices with colleagues in the department.
