Job summary The successful applicant will have the opportunity to take an active role in assisting the management of theatre resources, including organisation of loan kit, stock levels, monitoring stock rotation, minimising waste, liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries and contribute to the theatre cost improvement programme.
The post holder will actively assist in the accurate coding to the relevant budgets and identify areas where spend can be reduced.The Resource & Information Team have access to a variety of learning opportunities, both in house and external to support the development of staff.
This is a varied role within a developing team which offers exciting opportunities to be involved with that development and growth.

The post holder will actively ensure accurate coding is applied to the relevant budgets and identify areas where spend can be reduced.
You will be expected to perform all duties within the store areas of the theatre department.
The Post Holder will work within the Stores & Information team to ensure continuity of service as follows: Will be responsible for all stock control and ordering supplies within the Main Theatre Department.
Will ensure that all consumables are ordered in a timely manner.
Will assist the Resource Co-ordinator and Team Lead to maintain budgetary control, maintain efficiency and contribute to the cost improvement programme.
