Materials And Production Expeditor

A local manufacturing company in Knowsley (L34) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Materials and Production Expeditor  to join their dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials to meet production demands in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate materials across production areas to ensure timely availability.
Liaise with suppliers to track orders and resolve delivery challenges.
Support production schedules by addressing material shortages and issues.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise supply chain processes.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements: Previous experience in a materials, production, or supply chain role.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage up to board level.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of inventory management or ERP systems is a plus.
