We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Casual Worker -Chef to join our Kitchen team.
What you will do
As our new Casual Worker - Chef you will be responsible for:
Prepare special meals and substitute items Prepare food to Marriott standards and according to company specifications across Market Kitchen, Bar, Room Service and Events Monitor the quantity and quality of food that you prepare Maintain food logs and adhere to all components of food hygiene Anticipate and address Guests needs

A passion for food and cooking for others A team-player attitude with the desire to learn A proactive, problem solving approach to working in a fast-paced environment Experience working in kitchens across multiple sections is a big plus
