Marketplace ManagerAbout the jobPurpose of Role We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Marketplace Manager to join our E-Commerce team at Focus Brand's Head Office in Huddersfield.
We are home to multiple brands across men's, women's, kid's, apparel, footwear and accessories.This role gives a great opportunity to the right candidate to help shape the growth of brands such as Ellesse, Nautica and Reebok across multiple Marketplaces.
Reporting directly into the Head of Merchandising you will work to drive the sales on all platforms including Amazon, Ebay, Zalando, ASOS and other partner marketplaces.
Experience of Amazon and Zalando is essential.
So if you are experienced in marketplace with a keen eye for detail, have a passion for the fashion industry and want to join us on our exciting journey please apply!Requirements Develop and implement strategic plans across each of our brands to plug into the right marketplaceAnalyse market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and market-relevant product assortmentLead the development and execution of promotional events and markdown strategiesUtilise data analytics and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement Essential Experience and Skills Previous experience of working on Amazon and Zalando marketplace is essentialVery Strong analytic background with the ability to analyse the data and use the data to drive actions within the teamCurrently operating at Executive or Co-Ordinator level looking for the next step on the ladderLeadership skills to lead a team and engage/influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of the businessExperience within a start-up culture helping to establish the Marketplace function with a start-up mentality and approach, able to think operationally and strategicallyHighly competent with Excel, able to manipulate data to produce insightful analysis and summariesCommercially aware and the ability to relate business needs and requirements in a compelling and understandable wayAn excellent communicator to instigate and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers, third parties and business stakeholders
