With increasing complexity oftoday's ecommerce and rise of opportunities, the Strategic AccountServices team aims to leverage the full potential of each AmazonSeller.
Our team provides strategic consultancy using adata-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach tosupport Sellers to achieve their goals.
Our holistic serviceoffering addresses advice on topics such as Internationalexpansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, ProductPresentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy and Brand Building.In parallel to this strategic support, we also help Sellers tosolve their most pressing operationalchallenges.
As a Marketplace Consultant, youcore role is to support your Sellers to drive their business growthand program satisfaction by working backwards from their goals anddeveloping a jointly aligned roadmap.
You will build a relationshipwith them and use your analytical know-how to proactively identifyand provide advice on opportunities for their Amazon account.
WHERE WE NEED YOUREXPERTISE: Seller Management: Simultaneouslymanage a portfolio of 10-12 Sellers to develop individualstrategies, manage timelines, expectations and owncommunications.
Run Business Analyses:Produce business recommendations and actionable insights by using awide set of analytical tools to interpret customerdata.
Consultancy: Use your comprehensiveAmazon knowledge to understand Sellers need and leverage oursolutions for their priorities.
SupportExecution and Operational Troubleshooting: Support your Sellers byguiding the execution of strategic plans, answering ad-hocquestions, and help overcome operational and subject-specificchallenges.
Build relationships: Gain thetrust of each managed Seller by close collaboration and deliveringresults.
Use trust to build and maintain strong relationships withyour stakeholders.
Coach: Dedicate time toeducate each Seller about Amazon's solutions and news to enhanceeach Selling partner's knowledge about Selling onAmazon.
Business Reviews: Prepare andpresent performance deep dives to facilitate a monthly discussionaround business progress, current challenges, and strategic planswith your Selling partner.
Become an Expert:Own a specific subject within our service organization with thegoal to support peers, invent processes/tools to the benefit of ourinternal and external stakeholders, e.g.
Branding, Fulfillment byAmazon, Hiring, Tools, Deals and a lot more.
Develop specific local requirements to ensure that standardizeprocesses are adapted to the needs of Selling Partners in thiscountry.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales ormarketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) orequivalent - Strong analytical skills allowing theinterpretation of complex data sets using MicrosoftExcel - Strong presentation skills and the ability toinfluence stakeholders PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS - Experience influencing at all levelswithin an organization, particularly at the executivelevel - Experience exceeding sales targets using aconsultative, solutions-focused approach orequivalent Amazon is an equal opportunitiesemployer.
