The role could also be suitable for an individual currently in a Marketing Manager position due to the scope of full marketing activities and line management of one individual.
The role will be a true all rounder and will play a key role in the 6 person Marketing team, with line management responsibility.
The client is looking for a true copywriting specialist but with comprehensive understanding of the whole Marketing function and drive to take accountability for all content delivered across the whole team.
The role comes complete with an excellent benefits package, including 33 days annual leave, remote working, with the provision of coming to the office every fortnight, ability to continue self-learning & excellent progression path within a business with the ultimate aim of progressing to a "Head of Marketing".
Roles & Responsabilities Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Manage marketing, PR, and communication efforts, producing engaging content for digital platforms.
Lead demand generation campaigns to boost lead acquisition and business growth.
Collaborate with HR on staff engagement initiatives and internal events.
Monitor campaign performance, providing key insights and reports to management while supporting the sales process.
Background & Requirements Formal qualifications in Marketing are essential degree level or equivalent Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience across the whole marketing department and have managed the strategies involved Experience in a previous management experience is preferred but not essential Have a portfolio or examples of previous compelling copywriting – ideally within the services industry Have suitable provisions to work from home and the ability to get to the office in Chesterfield regularly This is an opportunity for an ambitious Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager to join an innovative company at a time where their planned growth could take this role into new and exciting territory and responsibilities.
