Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Community Management Develop and execute strategies across LinkedIn, X, Discord, and Telegram to engage clients and candidates.
Manage social media and community channels, building brand awareness and growing our online presence.
Content Creation & Brand Positioning Produce engaging content tailored to Blockchain, AI, Web3, and Crypto sectors, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
Oversee a content calendar to maintain consistent and relevant messaging.
Digital Advertising & Campaigns Plan and run digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust for optimum results.
Website Management & SEO Manage website content updates and implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
Analytics & Reporting Track and report on key metrics, analysing results to suggest improvements and maximise campaign effectiveness.
Market Research Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to help refine our market positioning.
Key Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within tech/recruitment or strong knowledge of emerging tech.
Strong social media and community management skills.
Proficiency in content creation and digital advertising.
Knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
