ABOUT THE ROLE This role is for a leader within the Hearts & Science Vision hub responsible for creating a long-term strategic vision whilst guiding business and digital transformation for a new digital entertainment client that is a "fabric of the nation" account. You will have significant project and line management responsibilities as well as oversight of some financial targets. The successful candidate will be passionate about marketing business consultancy and marketing analytics, and will have experience leading consultative teams on projects that deliver clear, impactful insights in a way that influences client's marketing decisions.
Principal Consultants provide direction to the team, ensuring we are focused on the questions that matter to our clients and that the team has the right tools and techniques to deliver projects that are both valued by clients and profitable as a business.
Your main responsibilities will include: CLIENTS & COMMERCIALS: Solutions focused, commercially astute and innovative, you will have deep experience and be comfortable managing complex teams and client relationships. You will take responsibility for client engagement, ranging from project delivery to consultancy and solutions upsell. This will require developing strong relationships across senior agency contacts and clients, acting as a subject matter expert. Your experience leading marketing consultancy projects will allow you to inform program design and scoping.TALENT & CULTURE: We are looking for an experienced manager who creates cohesive, motivated and effective teams. Confident in acting as a consultant across multiple areas of marketing and business consultancy. Ideally with a background in econometrics or statistical analysis, you are able to provide the foundation for technical excellence across the team - your knowledge of marketing analytics tools and techniques gives your team confidence and allows us to develop solutions that answer the business challenges that matter to our clients.
