Marketing Procurement Executive / Vendor Management Analyst/Sourcing Specialist

Vendor Manager Analyst Contract Duration : 12 months The Vendor Management Analyst will join Meta's Global Experience Vendor Management team.
This role requires a marketing procurement subject matter expert with a focus on leading various workstreams with operational depth and strategic thinking to develop, drive, and execute on the sourcing processes.
This position requires deep knowledge and experience with the Advertising or Marketing industry, a track record in driving value improvement programs, and knowledge of commercial contract basics.
This is a unique opportunity that will help Meta ensure organizational cost savings and lead time reductions so that Meta's performance objectives are met.
This role demands keen attention to detail and organization, comfort in working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines under minimal supervision, and must also be able to work collaboratively and efficiently with both internal marketing clients and external suppliers.
Day to Day - End to End follow up on processes – be the main POC for the marketing teams, open a sourcing request, working on PR/PO, with Contracts team, Source-To-Pay teams Working with the marketing teams, take on the operations Day to Day sourcing requests, checking forms, checking on timelines.
