The Role: Stabilise marketing operations by improving data management in HubSpot and Salesforce.
Review and optimise current tools and processes, including Demandbase and Sales Navigator.
Oversee lead assignment, scoring, and qualification processes to maximise sales opportunities.
Support global marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and performance analysis.
Build forecasts and bring fragmented data into a structured and automated workflow.
Deliver actionable insights to drive alignment and best practices across global teams.
Develop a strategic plan to ensure sustainable and scalable marketing operations.
Enable global teams with access to tools and optimised processes.
The Requirements: Experience in marketing operations or a similar role with a focus on data management and systems integration.
Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity.
Advanced proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce (SFDC); experience with Demandbase, Outreach, or Sales Navigator is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Proven experience supporting marketing campaigns and optimising workflows.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
