Authentise, a leader in digital tools for manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic individual to work directly with our CEO.
This role is an incredible opportunity to combine your creative skills in marketing with your interest in engineering and manufacturing.
You may become the future Chief of Staff of the Organization.
What You'll Do: You'll work closely with the CEO on key topics: Marketing Content Creation: Take the lead on marketing content, crafting compelling stories that capture the essence of what we do.
You'll be responsible for writing articles, managing social media content, and creating marketing materials that connect with our audience and generate leads.
Sales Operations Support: Assist in the operations that drive our sales efforts, including creating dashboards from available data sources, enabling us to identify leads more quickly and respond rapidly.
You'll ensure our sales team has what they need to succeed and streamline our approach to converting prospects.
Project Management: Help manage key projects, ensuring fast access to necessary expertise.
You'll identify needed partners, build relationships, and drive projects from ideation to completion.
Rapid Research: Quickly acquire new knowledge to promote thought leadership and enable us to respond rapidly to new opportunities, keeping us ahead in a dynamic environment.
Full-Stack Marketing: We need to be able to pivot and use all the tools and marketing channels needed to make waves.
This will require an ability to tackle  a variety of marketing challenges and processes, encompassing Search, Social, Content and Email when needed.
About You: You have an interest in the way things are built and work.
Your interest expands to architecture, software, manufacturing and engineering.
You have up to 2 years of experience in your field.
You have a background in either engineering with marketing experience or a creative/marketing degree with deep exposure to engineering.
You are gun-ho: you approach challenges with energy and creativity, and you're ready to grow and adapt quickly.
You may have embarked on an entrepreneurial venture of some kind (started an etsy shop, small business, a social media page etc.).
Experience with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar), design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma), and other relevant software used in content creation, marketing, or research workflows.
You have a creative flair for content writing and storytelling.
Writing samples are required (bonus points if you have stories or poems to showcase!).
You have an opinion about what great marketing should sound like, and have ideally been following a range of B2B personal branding figures so you have an opinion about founder branding too.
You may have dabbled in Google ads but this is not the major aim of the job.
You're organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities and projects.
You are a natural communicator, comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.

KPIs for This Role: Content Engagement Metrics: Track and report on metrics like article reads, social media engagement (likes, shares, comments), and website traffic driven by marketing content.
Sales Operations Efficiency: Ensure data availability is maintained accurately and promptly, providing essential information to support decision-making and opportunity tracking.
Success could be measured by improved data access speed and quality of insights derived.
Project Timeliness & Completion: Measure the number of projects completed on time and within scope, including successful identification of necessary partners.
Compensation:  £25,000 to £32,000 per year.
