Marketing Manager - Property Developer

An award winning Build to Rent (BTR) property developer and operator is seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to join their growing team in the North West.
This is a new role for the business, and a rare opportunity to set up and implement your own procedures - you will be the go to person for all things marketing and brand.
This could suit an existing marketing manager, or an ambitious exec looking for a step up into a more autonomous role.
You will be working with a fantastic team to help look after a growing portfolio of developments which are spread throughout the Midlands and North.
Experience in the living sectors (residential, BTR, PBSA, etc) is preferred but not essential.
Salary and package will depend on experience - likely in the region of £35-40,000+Package.
