The position of Marketing Manager provides an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and help to shape their marketing plans.
As the Marketing Manager you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the marketing, hotel and wider teams to create and implement a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives, all of which tell the story of the business.
We are looking for someone who is a creative thinker, excellent storyteller and has experience of brand support and PR.
You will support with managing and motivating the marketing team to deliver day-to-day activity and projects.
You must be self-motivated, maintain a positive and calm outlook, communicate effectively, pay close attention to detail and love to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities: Strategy & planning – support the Head of Marketing to develop, plan and implement marketing activities in line with the marketing strategy.
Project management - support the Head of Marketing as required and working with operations on developing new concepts / seasonal offers that will resonate with the target audience and fit the brand strategy.
Campaigns - create and design compelling campaigns across organic and paid social media, CRM, digital and print.
This will include supporting the marketing team with writing and delivering copy, content and storytelling, plus managing the design and production of any required promotional print.
Digital marketing oversight – including website management, SEO, PPC, third party website management and digital advertising.
Social media planning and implementation, monitoring and customer service are key.
PR liaison - work with external PR consultants on positive proactive activity.
Support with managing press and influencer visits.
Brand management - supporting the Head of Marketing to portray the brand identity of each property.
Research and insight – assess and understand audiences, analyse market trends and competitors, compile benchmarks Partnerships - Develop strong partnerships with local organisations and third-parties to increase profile and develop new opportunities Asset creation - oversee management of on-site photography, video shoots, press shoots and internal marketing shoots.
Event support - attend at events, such as trade shows, which may fall on a weekend and may be national and international.
Managing suppliers - build and maintain relationships with external design, website developer and PR companies.
Reporting - prepare monthly reports by drawing down, comparing, analysing and presenting data to measure effectiveness of the strategy and campaigns.
Requirements: Experience of marketing, ideally within the hotel industry Experience of PR and communications Highly digital literate, with experience of managing successful direct-to-consumer paid social campaigns, growing social media communities and using all major social platform analytics packages Excellent storytelling, copywriting, editing and communication skills.
Willingness to take part in hands-on marketing initiatives on a daily basis.
A creative mind, able to turn ideas into engaging content.
Excellent organisational skills.
Commercial awareness - used to reporting on ROI.
Awareness of consumer trends.
