Marketing Manager

FIND are representing an independent training provider that offer apprenticeships and commercial training across a wide variety of industries.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, demand generation marketing, and sales enablement initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and support the sales team.
You will also manage a Marketing Executive, providing guidance and support to help them grow within the team.
This is a permanent, part-time (3-4 days a week) role.
Hybrid working with 1-2 days a week in the Norfolk office.
Salary is £40,000 - 50,000 pro rata.
