They are looking for this Marketing Manager to help build on existing success and spearhead the launch of a new business defining solution to a brand-new sector.
What You'll Be Doing As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their multichannel marketing strategy.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute innovative campaigns while receiving full backing to bring your ideas to life.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and executing multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Organising and managing in-person events, conferences, and webinars to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Driving the launch strategy of their new solution, creating targeted campaigns to penetrate the new sector effectively.
Analyzing campaign performance and using data to refine strategies and report on ROI.
Collaborating closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and success across campaigns.
Bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table and challenging the status quo to keep them ahead of the competition.
What do you need:
Experience: 5+ years in marketing roles, ideally within healthcare B2B setting Expertise: A solid background in both digital and offline marketing, with experience managing events/conferences.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a results-driven approach (ROI).
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with commercial and product teams.
